Our Commitment

At Jhelum Bazaar, we take product quality seriously. If something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right — quickly and without hassle.

When you're eligible for a refund

  • Item delivered is damaged, spoiled, or expired
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Order was never delivered
  • Significant quantity shortage vs. what was ordered
  • Item quality is clearly unacceptable

When refunds do not apply

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Item ordered by mistake (contact us immediately before dispatch)
  • Taste or flavour preference
  • Packaging not to your liking (product inside is intact)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  3. Share your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable).
  4. Our team will review and process your refund within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange a credit to your Jhelum Bazaar wallet or transfer via UPI.
