• Orders are subject to availability and service area coverage.
• We aim to deliver within 10–15 minutes, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or demand.
• Jhelum Bazaar reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our service area.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order via accepted payment methods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, place fraudulent orders, provide false delivery information, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services or harms other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including the Jhelum Bazaar name, logo, and design, is our intellectual property and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jhelum Bazaar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
